Volunteer Requirements for USO Center Locations
- Complete and submit the on-line Volunteer Interest Application Form
- Attend and successfully complete a USO Center Location Volunteer Orientation and Training Session (hosted year-round as needed at each Center)
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age to volunteer at a USO Center Location, unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
Volunteer Requirements for Special Events & Programs
- Complete and submit the online Volunteer Interest Application Form
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age to volunteer at a USO Center Location, unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian
- Attend and successfully complete a Volunteer Training Session, if necessary, prior to the Event or Program
Once you submit and register your Volunteer Interest Application form on-line, a member of the USO staff will contact you to learn more about your interests and to share some of the exciting opportunities for current and prospective volunteers to support America’s troops and their families. Please know that volunteers serve at the sole discretion of the USO and the organization can elect to engage or discontinue a volunteer’s services at any time. Completing a Volunteer Interest Application form does not guarantee engagement in USO volunteer activities. Volunteers are recruited on an as-needed basis.
