USO Midwest Region is proud to celebrate military spouses during USO Military Spouse Appreciation Week! Grace Bex, a military spouse and Founder & CEO of Gracefully Fit, will explore and share how self-worth shapes our health and wellness journey, and how to make one simple change for a healthier tomorrow.
This virtual program is open to military spouses of currently serving military: active duty, reserves and National Guard.
