Join USO Illinois as we celebrate Quad City area military spouses with a private dinner and live music from one of the region’s award-winning classical guitarists. Mingle with other spouses as you enjoy a buffet style dinner (made from scratch) and music from Dana Starkell. As a special surprise, each spouse will be entered into a drawing for Quad City Steam Wheeler tickets!
