Notes:
- If more than 1 from your home is participating, please register each separately to receive individual playing cards. You can use the same email address.
- One Bingo card per person.
- Must have access to internet, computer/phone/tablet, and audio.
- Please test Zoom here: https://zoom.us/test
- If playing on a touch screen cell phone, you must download the Zoom application and be able to toggle back-and-forth between Zoom and a web page
- Or, you may print your emailed Bingo card. Use small marshmallows, coins, Cheerios, etc. to “mark” your paper Bingo card.
- Do NOT use a .mil or .gov email address - must use a personal account
- Multiple people may participate from the same Zoom account

- Confirm your email address is correct
- USO will email Zoom link (to access virtual Bingo session) about one hour before the event begins
- Your Bingo card will be emailed to you in a separate email about 1 hour before the event begins
- Check junk mail in case Zoom link and/or Bingo card were not received
- Emailed Bingo card subject line is, “Bingo Game Invite #…”
- Join the Zoom link at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May18th if you did not receive your Bingo card
- All guests should be logged in by 6:50 pm to go over rules and get ready to play!
- Games start promptly at 7:00 pm CT
Eligibility:
- Must be currently serving Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, or Military Retiree.
- Officer and enlisted.
- Spouse and Dependent youth
- IRR, DOD, and civilians are not eligible.

YOU ARE ENTERING AN AREA WHERE PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING MAY OCCUR.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites or any other purpose by USO and its affiliates and representatives.
You release USO, its Chartered Centers, affiliates and its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee or admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording take by USO or the person or entity designated to do so by USO.
