USO Iowa: Month of the Military Child Bike Lottery Drawing

PLEASE NOTE: BY COMPLETING THIS FORM YOU ARE ENTERING YOUR CHILD’S NAME IN A LOTTERY DRAWING FOR A BIKE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE A BIKE

As a way to recognize the sacrifices of military youth in honor of Month of the Military Child, USO Iowa will be giving away 6 bikes and safety helmets to military youth in Iowa courtesy of Pfizer’s “That’s My Ride.” Bike sizes are 12 inch (recommended age 3-5) 16 inch (recommended age 5-8), and 20 inch (recommended age 6-10). Please note: assembly IS REQUIRED to put the bicycle together.

Registration is open from 5 - 29 April, and the drawing will be on 30 April. Winners will be contacted via email to schedule a pick up time. Registration DOES NOT guarantee selection or a bike. A separate registration is required for each of your military children. There is a maximum of one winner per household.

You must be able to pick up the bike from USO Camp Dodge with coordination from our staff before 25 May. You must have a child age appropriate for the bicycle at this time.

Bicycles are available ONLY to the Dependent Children of Active, Guard and Reserve Military. Retired Military, IRR Military, DOD and Civilian employees are not eligible to register for this event. A valid Military ID will be required to receive a bicycle.
